Collect your order free from our store at 540 Victoria Street, Hamilton, or we’ll courier it to you anywhere in New Zealand at your cost.
How do I get my order?
Two ways. Collect it free from 540 Victoria Street, Hamilton, during opening hours, or we’ll courier it to you at your cost. Smaller items are couriered at the rate shown at checkout. For bulky items, we’ll quote you once we have your delivery address.
What does shipping cost?
Smaller items ship at cost, charged at checkout.
We don’t build a guess into the item price, and on preloved margins we can’t absorb freight, so you’ll always know the real cost up front.
Do you deliver rural and to the South Island?
Rural and South Island rates are still being confirmed, so please contact us before ordering and we’ll give you a quote.
How long will it take?
We dispatch within 1 to 3 business days, plus courier time. Collection orders are usually ready the same or next working day, and we’ll email you when yours is ready.
When can I collect?
Tuesday to Saturday, 9am to 4pm, at 540 Victoria Street, Hamilton. We’ll email you as soon as your order is ready.
